The Fine Print - Payment and Participation Details

The fee for the class, including all cake components, along with light appetizers and desserts, is $135 per person.
- Mindful Baking is located at 4201 N Ravenswood Ave, Suite 103A, Chicago, IL 60613.
- There is ample, free street parking on Ravenswood Ave.
- When you arrive at the entrance, ring the bell/buzzer for Mindful Baking

NO REFUNDS. If you won't be able to attend the event, you are responsible for letting us know via email (mindfulbakingchicago@gmail.com) a minimum of 3 days in advance to receive credit towards a future event fee

Join us for a hands-on, 60-minute Tamal Workshop to celebrate the history we make every single day!

Together, we'll learn, connect, and keep our traditions alive — just like our abuelas once did.

Learn how to mix the masa, wrap your tamales, and steam them to perfection.
Enjoy a delicious vegan tamal that nourishes and celebrates our shared heritage.
You'll take home the tamales you make, with at-home cooking instructions and recipe card provided.
All levels welcome - no experience needed!
