STAR CATCHER MARKET 
VENDOR APPLICATION

Please use this form to apply to be a vendor at our upcoming Star Catcher Markets, taking place on

Sunday, February 1st and Sunday, March 1st, from 12 PM to 6 PM at Mindful Baking Kitchen & Cafe

(4201 N Ravenswood Ave, Suite 103A, Chicago, IL 60613).

We are now hosting monthly events at our 4201 N. Ravenswood Avenue wholesale location - newly rebranded as Mindful Baking Kitchen & Cafe. These 100% vegan indoor markets are filled with amazing food and drink options—as well as vendors selling their creations such as body care, jewelry, clothing, art, and more—all with a backdrop of live music.

  • The fee for 2026 Star Catcher Markets is $40 for Food Vendors and $30 for Non-Food Vendors.

    • Vendor fees will be due upon acceptance and must be paid promptly in order to hold your spot. ​

​

  • 4 Foot tables ONLY (space is limited, please reach out with any questions; exceptions made as needed)

    • PLEASE NOTE: You'll need to bring your own tables and chairs. THESE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

  • Events run from 12 pm - 6 pm, and vendors must arrive at 11 am to get set up (no later than 11:30 am)

    • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! WE CAN'T ALLOW VENDORS TO SET UP ONCE THE EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!

    • Mindful Baking is located at 4201 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613

    • There is FREE street parking available in front of the building on Ravenswood Ave. 

      • ​Please load in through the front of the building. 
      • When you arrive at the entrance, ring the bell/buzzer for Mindful Baking

The Fine Print - Payment and Participation Details

 VENDORS MUST FOLLOW THE ITINERARY: 

​

  • The table fee to participate in the Star Catcher Market is $40 for Food Vendors, and $30 for Non-Food Vendors. Please note, that this fee MUST be paid upon application acceptance for your spot to be held. Only vendors who have paid will be included in promotional materials. An invoice will be sent via email once we review your application. Space is limited. If your preferred date is full, we will reach out to inquire if you'd like to apply for an alternative date if available.

  • NO REFUNDS. If you won't be able to attend the event, you are responsible for letting us know via email (mindfulbakingchicago@gmail.com) a minimum of 3 days in advance to receive credit towards a future event fee.

    • ​PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! WE CAN'T ALLOW VENDORS TO SET UP ONCE THE EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!! No refunds for late arrivals.

  • Non-profits such as animal sanctuaries are welcome to apply at no cost! Please note we have a limited number of non-profit spots per event. Email with questions.

  • Please come with your own tables and chairs to set up for this event, as we are unable to provide them for you. This is an indoor event, and space is limited, so  4-foot tables are strongly preferred. If your setup requires a larger table, we will review your request and make exceptions when possible.

  • PLEASE LET US KNOW as soon as possible if your setup requires something else, and we will do our best to accommodate. Email mindfulbakingchicago@gmail.com with questions.

  • We are a small, independent, vegan business trying to support and promote other like-minded companies with these events. The Mindful Baking team will be heavily promoting this event, but we also need your help for these types of events succeed!

    • Please consider how you can help spread the word once you apply to participate. We encourage you to promote the event and your participation in the days leading up to the event and while the event is going on as well. This is a team effort!
